Suchita comes from a background of spearheading roles in marketing communications, technology and research for over 19 years in both private and non-profit sectors. Her experience stems from managing roles in a global staffing firm for establishing & streamlining communications, brand development and technology initiatives. The overall involvement in business helped her understand the nuances of the staffing industry in depth. Prior to that her experience encompasses strategizing across industries and companies for marketing communications and media management with teams across APAC, EMEA and US. As part of ISF’s endeavour, Suchita aims at strengthening the efforts of the staffing Industry towards comprehensive growth, building strategic relationships and establishing effective linkages between industry, employers, government & temporary contractual employees. She is an alumni of IIM Kolkata (Strategic Management) as an advanced degree, Post Graduate of Mass communication and an honors (graduate) of Economics.

Abhishek Mishra is a highly experienced professional with over 10 years of expertise in Events and Partnerships. Known for his strong leadership, strategic vision, and innovative approach, he has consistently delivered exceptional results across various high-profile roles in project management, event coordination, and logistics operations. Currently serving as a key member of the Indian Staffing Federation, Abhishek plays a pivotal role in driving events and fostering member engagement around labour market data. His efforts have been crucial in advancing the Federation’s growth, particularly through initiatives that amplify the voice of the staffing industry. Notable accomplishments include spearheading numerous initiatives in the IPR sector, such as competitions, awards, National Conference and workshops. A committed professional, Abhishek excels in fast-paced, dynamic environments and is dedicated to driving growth, enhancing collaboration, and redefining success in event management. His blend of technical expertise and strategic insight has established him as a trusted leader in the field. Abhishek holds a BBA degree from Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University. Sonali Mitra, Manager- Regulatory Affairs & Policy Research at ISF, is an International Relations & Policy Advocacy Professional with 6+ years of professional experience. Previously, she has worked with FICCI and Ministry of Electronics and IT, GoI (MeitY), where she has spearheaded projects related to multilateral agenda, bilateral trade & investment, bilateral cooperation in IT. Sonali’s scope of work includes policy research and analysis, collaboration with the private sector, international actors and government agencies, diplomatic outreach and thought leadership. Moreover, she has been a part of the Secretariat of the G20 Digital Economy Working Group and Global Partnership on AI (GPAI) Summit 2023 (under the aegis of MeitY) during India’s Presidency, driving India’s bilateral cooperation in tech policy space. She is passionate about policy development and aspires to become a catalyst in driving India’s policy objectives in an inclusive and sustainable manner in the global policy space.

Lohit has over 23 years of corporate experience post his education, at The Army Public School, New Delhi. He specialized in Computer science at school and followed on to graduate with Economics Honors from Delhi University. After graduating from DU, Lohit completed his MBA from The Apeejay School of Marketing in 2007. Post his education he has worked over 10+ years in the manufacturing industry ( Textiles and Auto Components). Here he was instrumental in establishing and leading one of India’s largest Auto component export unit at the Noida Special Economic Zone. Moving on after the 11 years of manufacturing experience, he has worked in the Service Sector for the last 13 years. Starting with the Search and Recruitment Industry, he was later appointed by Quess Corp Ltd, ( erstwhile Ikya Human Capital Solutions Pvt ltd in 2010 ) , as GM ( North & East – Staffing Solutions ). During the past 10 years he has grown the Staffing business over 20x in HC and revenue terms from a base of nearly 12500 back then to over 250K currently. Today, Lohit is President ( workforce management ) and heads Staffing in India and APAC region, servicing over 1500 clients, with 270K+ associates. During this period of 10 years Ikya went on to become Quess Corp Ltd , raised funds from long term investor Fairfax financial Canada and went on to become one off India’s largest IPO in 2016 Today Quess Corp Ltd is India’s Largest Private Sector employer with 385,000 employees. Lohit has been part of all key leadership decision making as well as coordination with various Corporate bodies representing the company with CII , FICCI , Niti Aayog , and various ministries in his capacity as both representing of largest Private sector employer and based at Gurgaon , Delhi NCR.
