Mr. Farhan Azmi

Farhan Azmi is the Chairman and Managing Director at Futurz Staffing Solutions, a recruitment firm that specializes in staffing services and caters to multiple business domains. Under his tutelage, Futurz has seen tremendous growth, expanding from one office in Mumbai in 2008 to a presence in more than 21 cities in India and 3 international offices today. In his 18 years of experience as an entrepreneur, Farhan has often been recognized and celebrated. Winner of the Times Power Men Awards, he has also been featured as a “Young Entrepreneur” by CNBC, presented in the cover story of The Week, Silicon India and Business World magazines, and showcased in the Times of India as a “Young Achiever.” Tenure with ISF: Farhan was first elected to the Executive Board from the period 2012 to 2014. He has thereon been successfully re-elected into the Executive Board thrice, due to his passion for growth in the staffing industry.

I started my entrepreneurial journey by founding Ma Foi Management Consultants, where we pioneered the concept of HR outsourcing in India. Over the years, Ma Foi became one of the country’s most respected HR brands, creating employment opportunities for over 400,000 professionals across 36 countries. Today, I serve as the Executive Chairman of CIEL HR Services, a new-age HR services firm offering recruitment, staffing, skilling, consulting, and compliance solutions. With a team of 800+ consultants, a presence across 90 offices, and operations in over 6,500 pin codes in India, CIEL continues to drive meaningful impact in the way talent connects with opportunity. I’m passionate about empowering individuals at every level — through work, education, and community development. As Founder-Trustee of The Ma Foi Foundation and Sornammal Educational Trust, I’ve been actively involved in initiatives that support education, healthcare, and livelihood for underserved communities, reaching over 100,000 families. I’m also privileged to be part of networks that support leadership and learning globally — including the Eisenhower Fellowship and Young Presidents’ Organization (YPO) — and to have contributed to the development of India’s staffing ecosystem as the Founder-President of the Indian Staffing Federation.

Mr. Pramod Pachisia

Pramod Pachisia COO of 2COMS Group and looks after overall operations of the Group. Service delivery optimization and enabling new innovations in the ecosystem are key tasks that I am undertaking this year at 2COMS. Over the years I have played numerous roles within 2COMS Group and outside in associations and social organizations. As a co-founder have been involved in the journey on 2COMS for the last 26 years and have grown the organization into an integrated Human Supply Chain Management firm with offices in over 10 states. 2COMS is a Pan India provider Recruitment, Staffing, Skill development and livelihood creation. 2COMS group has an employee strength of 600, and an Associate Strength of 3500 and manages 10000 + apprentice for its clients and does provide approximately 15000 skilled professionals to organization every year from its 20+ skill development centers across the country. Currently a Member of the Governing Council of International Chamber of Business and Industry, and is instrumental in growing ICBI as a chamber. Also has held numerous positions in Round Table India both at the Area Level and National level and driven key initiatives like Jobs Melas for the rural school and college pass-outs & Skill Development at the Rural School level amongst many other Social initiatives during the last 5 years

R.P Yadav is a B.Sc from Calcutta University; MBA (Marketing) from IISWBM, Kolkata and MIMA, Lead Auditor for ISO-9001:2000 from London, IRCA. He has a vast experience of 16 years in reputed Companies like Johnson and Johnson, Jai Engineering Limited, HCL, Business Forms Limited. He has handled portfolios for Sales & Marketing and has been positioned as General Manager & Profit Centre Head in these companies. Mr.Yadav is the founder of Genius Consultants Ltd and is currently engaged at the capacity of Chairman & Managing Director of the Company. Mr. Yadav has been Ex- Chairman of Indian Society for Training & Development (ISTD) Kolkata Chapter and also been an Ex – Chairman of Executive Recruiters Association (ERA).

Mr. Sanju Ballurkar

Sanju Ballurkar brings with him 25 years of rich cross-functional experience spanning across domains like Engineering & Product Development, IT Services, Business Operations and P&L Management. Prior to joining ManpowerGroup, Sanju headed Magna Infotech (A division of Quess Corp). He was instrumental in building winning teams, creating robust technology systems related to both Recruitment and back office management and enhancing operational and cost efficiencies. He also served as the Chief Innovation Officer responsible for developing strategic technology frameworks for the Group’s various lines of businesses, including Human Capital Services, Facility Management Services, Food and Hospitality Services as well as Training and Skill Development. He holds an Engineering degree and two Master of Science degrees from USA and has worked for 8 years with the global technology giant ‘Pitney Bowes’ (USA). He has 2 US patents for his pioneering R&D work and has several international publications to his credit.
